If an item is not shown in our catalog, PLEASE SEND A SAMPLE with any available information - such as name of manufacturer or brand name of their window or door, the type of window or door; e.g., sliding or casement. It is also important to know what function the part performs. If you are presently using a substitute item for your original part - please send both parts. We may be able to provide the original. The above information will help us reduce research time for hard to find and obsolete parts. | |||

| CLAIMS | It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, claims for shortages are to be filed with STRYBUC. All claims are to be made within 10 days. | |||
